Prompt, Convenient Repair Service and New Door Estimates
We realize your time is extremely valuable. We will schedule in advance a time to perform your Repair Service or New Door Estimate at a time that is convenient for you. P.D.Q. Door maintains a large number of service technicians and in home sales professionals. So that we can service your garage door and opener needs in a timely fashion. Our regular office hours are 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We also offer convenient Saturday hours from 9:00am – 1:00pm for problems that just can’t wait.
Our employees drive marked P.D.Q. Door trucks and wear P.D.Q. Door shirts so you will always know who is coming into your home. Our trucks are equipped with GPS devices to ensure a technician can get to your home as quickly as possible.
All P.D.Q. Door employees are IDEA Certified Residential Installers to ensure they are properly trained, so they can work efficiently and fix the problem correctly - the first time! We also have quarterly training where mechanics are trained on new products and are able to learn about changes in the industry. We do not use subcontractors, so all persons representing P.D.Q. Doors will be actual P.D.Q. Door employees and they can provide you with the quality work that you expect.
Our service technicians wear clean clothing and are well kept and do what it takes to keep your home clean. The service will be performed in a neat and workmanlike manner. We feel your home should be cleaner when we leave than when we arrived. We'll treat your home as if it were our own.
Weather we are installing a new door product or fixing an existing door product, our technician will be thorough. When he is finished, the technician will go over the invoice with you to explain what he did as well as go over any additional questions or concerns that you may have. We will keep a copy of your invoice on file at our office to maintain a maintenance record that is specific to you and your equipment.
