The doors look wonderful and the installer was SUPER nice and polite!It was 28° today and he worked non stop.Everything looks great!The only thing is there’s some light coming through, under the doors.This IS NOT the installers fault. It’s just so cold, the seal is flattened and firm.I just hope it relaxes in the spring, otherwise it will have to be replaced.

The technician, Richard, showed up a few minutes early and ask questions before beginning his physical inspection. Determined that sprocket on old opener damaged and suggested new opener and gave options for replacement. Went about his work and let me know about how long to expect. As he was finishing up he went over safety checklist with me and assisted in programming the keypad. Gave me the paperwork and suggested that I check car manuals to program home link system as they vary from year to year and manufacturer. I programmed easily and will enjoy the quiet operation and battery backup feature if necessary. Richard was professional in his work and made sure I understood the important features before leaving.

Service and price was good. My remote only works from inside the garage. We forgot to test it from the driveway. Please can you have Austin come back out to take a look. Thanks

This is my second time using PDQ in a pinch. Of course on the first ridiculously cold morning of the season, my opener bombs. JT gave some great quick info on available openers and had me on the schedule in minutes. Austin came out two days later and went to work immediately. He was polite, professional, and completed his work in just about an hour. I’m very pleased with my Linear opener and the work performed. This day and age, you never who’s going to show up at your home to do the work, but PDQ has now twice delivered with skilled and professional tradesmen. I highly recommend and they will be my first call when we replace the door.

Well, let me keep this story brief. What started out as purchasing a second garage opener for my car somehow along the Technical journey, deprogrammed the original garage opener and keypad.
