The experience I had was great. From the moment I walked into the showroom and they walked me through my options to the tech that completed the install, the customer service was great.

Had a broken spring on the garage door and PDQ came to the rescue! Came out on a Saturday and had my door fix. the tech was very professional, checked operation of the door, made adjustments to the door opener., all at a very reasonable price. Hopefully will not need them again, but if I do, PDA is the go to people!

Casey, the installation technician, was excellent. He explained how the broken spring was replaced, so I learned from him. I will always call PDQ Doors whenever we have a garage door problem.

PDQ doors was an amazing company to work with to replace our garage doors quickly. We unexpectedly had our garage door break and it was unusable. Rob, the sales man came out and was very courteous and listened to our request and provided options that met our needs. Nick the manager was amazing in ensuring we could the doors installed before our new baby was born. Our technician Clinton was also very efficient and explained and programmed everything for the new doors and cleaned up all the construction waste, very important for us with dog and little kids running around.
